For lucky number 13, we are pleased to share another collaborative effort between two of our very own, Luca and Dailey. In true Night Vision fashion, Better Strangers is a unique 2-track EP, which could just as easily be called a double single (and since we're not really sure what the difference is, let's talk about the music).

"Better Strangers" is a sonic experiment featuring the haunting vocal cuts of Edmonton's own, Chillian. Thick drums and a brooding bassline combine with lush, ethereal pads and infectious arpeggios to set the tone for a dark and ominous adventure.

Sharply juxtaposing the a-side, Forget It Girl, takes things down a notch with a clever mix of live drums, jazzy chords, and a squelchy acid riff that just won't quit. This is a track that works both in and out of the club.

The release came to fruition after countless sessions of equal parts unhinged experimentation and meticulous refining. And while each track makes for quite a different listen, this brotherly pair's knack for compelling sound design and engaging arrangement lend just enough cohesiveness to keep things together. Needless to say, this "unlucky" EP has got us feeling quite the opposite.
